1 Attend & Apply

Hearing the vision of Harvest Academy and seeing the campus is an important first step to help you decide if this is the right education option for your family.

For those who wish to apply, please read the Harvest Academy Student Handbook and email info@harvest-academy.com to receive an application.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year for grades K-5 will open on January 1, 2025.

2 Assessment & Interview

We believe the student assessment and parent interview are invaluable in helping families decide if Harvest Academy is the right fit for them.

Upon receipt of the application, you will be contacted by a faculty member to set up a student placement assessment and a parent interview with the Head of School and another administrator, founder, or board member. Both parents, when applicable, are required to attend the parent interview.

3 Enroll & Become a Lion

Upon acceptance to Harvest Academy, parents may complete the Enrollment & Tuition Commitment Agreement to reserve your child’s spot and pay the non-refundable enrollment fee. Harvest [Parent] Academy will take place in the middle of August, and parent attendance is required.

Once enrolled, the journey begins! We will do our best to prepare you to be a co-teacher for your child and will provide you with plenty of support along the way. For more information on what it looks like to be a co-teacher, please visit our Fundamentals of a University-Model below.

Before You Apply

Harvest Academy is a unique blend of traditional school and homeschooling.

Please review the following carefully:

  2. Fundamentals of a University Model School

  3. Harvest Academy Statement of Faith

  4. Harvest Academy Foundations

Harvest [Parent] Academy

Parents are required to attend the co-teacher training.  Both parents are allowed to attend, however, it is a must-do for the child’s primary co-teacher.

Harvest [Parent] Academy is held in the middle of August.

Tuition and Fees

Kindergarten through 6th grade is $6,800 per student for the 2025-2026 school year.

The enrollment fee (non-refundable) is $175 per student.  This fee reserves a student's place for the upcoming school year and helps the school cover its per-student fixed costs (software systems, insurance, etc).  Late enrollment fee for applications received after June 1, 2025 will be $200.

Please note that additional costs (including uniforms, books and supplies) run between $400 - $500 for the first year at Harvest.

Application

Once you believe you are ready to apply, there is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $75. The link will be made available online once you have attended an open house. Please email info@harvest-academy.com for more information.

Financial Aid - NC Opportunity Scholarship!

While we are not able to offer financial aid directly from the school at this time, we highly encourage you to look into the newly legislated NC Opportunity Scholarship Voucher Program.
